Richard “Rick” Paul Donohoo, 61, of Panama City Beach, Florida, lost his life in a motorcycle accident on July 4, 2019 in Panama City Beach, FL. Rick had lived in Florida for nine years and loved it there. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Rick was employed at the Sandpiper Hotel in Panama City Beach.
He was preceded in death by a son, Jeremy Donohoo who lost his life in an automobile accident at age 24 in 2002; his sister, T. Rae Donohoo-Starnes in 2018; and his uncle, Mike Donohoo.
Survivors include his two grandchildren, Ashlynn Donohoo Humphrey and Jacob Cole Donohoo; great grandson, Aiden Humphrey; mother and step-father, Joyce Donohoo King and Paul King; father and step-mother, Ray and Kathy Donohoo; special niece, Jordan Starnes; cousin, Jennifer Donohoo Heilner and husband, Bill and daughter, India, all of San Antonio, TX; and several additional cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 20, 2019 in the chapel of Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home with Bob Nipper as celebrant.
His family will receive friends from 2:00-3:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home prior to the service.
