Wanda J. Moses, 75, a resident of Cleveland, Tennessee and formerly of Marion, Virginia passed away peacefully on Friday June 22, 2018 in the arms of her husband at the family residence. She attended Kinser Church of God. Today, Jo Ann is singing with God, who she loved so much.
Jo Ann was born January 23, 1943. She was preceded in death by her mother, Juanita Queen and son, Timothy Moses.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her companion of 57 years, Charles B. Moses of Cleveland; father, the Reverend Paul L. Queen of Cleveland; son and daughter-in-law, Tony and Norma Moses of Marion, Virginia; grandchildren, Jamie Moses of Etowah, Alabama, Jesse Moses of Marion, Virginia and Josh Scott of Hixson; step-grandchildren, Aimee Hamm and Paul Hamm, both of Marion, Virginia; great granddaughter, Ava Claire Moses of Etowah, Alabama and great grandson, Bryson Scott of Hixson; and step great- grandchild, Journey G. Singh of Marion, Virginia. Survivors also include a very special friend and the sister she never had, Sabrina Rose of Marion, Virginia and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The service will be conducted Monday June 25, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Fike-Randolph and Son Funeral Home with the Pastor Guinn Green officiating. Interment will follow in Fort Hill Cemetery with Earl Moates, Pete Cecil, Brian Smith, Clinton Beaty, Ricky Beaty, and Dennis Grizzle serving as pallbearers.
Her family will receive friends from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. on Monday June 25, 2018 at the funeral home.
