Wanda Faye Sluder

October 20, 1928 — May 22, 2018

Wanda Faye Sluder, 89, of Cleveland passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2018, in a local healthcare facility.  In earlier years she worked at the Holiday Inn on Keith Street and then worked at Bradley Memorial Hospital for over 10 years.  She was of the Pentecostal faith.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years Bryson Sluder; parents John Harvey Wilson and Myrtle Bell Davis Wilson; daughter Juanita Woods; son Ronnie Wayne Sluder; granddaughter Marissa Sluder; and grandson Scott Edward Sluder; along with eight siblings.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children James (Mary Lou) Sluder of Cleveland, and Deborah (Ed) Stewart of Greeneville, TN, and son-in-law Ernie Woods; grandchildren Leslie (Jon) Smith, Elizabeth (Steven) Craig, and William Ernest (Carla) Woods; great-grandchildren Christian Smith, Hunter Prince, Jordan Woods, Bradley Woods, Zaine Smith, and Maddie Craig; great great-grandchildren Addison Smith and Averie Smith. 

The family would like to thank the staff of Wing 4 at Bradley Healthcare and Rehab.

The service will be conducted Saturday May 26, 2018 at 3:00p.m in the chapel of Fike-Randolph and Son Funeral Home, with Pastor Gary Sears officiating. . Interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Garden with Christian Smith, Jon Smith, Zaine Smith, Steven Craig, Hunter Prince, and William Woods serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends Saturday May 26, 2018 from 12:00p.m- 3:00p.m at the funeral home.
