Geneva B. Durham

Geneva B. Durham, 88, of Cleveland passed away Sunday, September 3, 2017 in a local healthcare facility. She was a member of Faith Memorial Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Durham; parents, Chester and Bertha Brown; grandson, Tyler Durham; brothers, Fred Brown and Frank Brown; sisters, Ella Pope, Mamie Parks, Anna Bell McClelland, and Margie Wilson; and son-in-law, James S. Neloms.

Survivors include her children, Brenda Spraker (Robert), Martha Neloms, and Gayle Durham (Glenda) all of Cleveland; grandchildren: Penny Spraker, Dawn Cartwright, Stephanie Brooks, Eric Neloms, Candace Higdon, and Robert Grant all of Cleveland; great grandchildren; Kesley Posey, Kaelyn Cartwright, Chase Dixon, Kaden Neloms, Brylea Neloms, Matthew Brooks, and Gracie Higdon all of Cleveland; brothers, Arnold Brown of Virginia Beach, VA, and Roy Brown of Cleveland; special friend, Johnie Lou Lee of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 6, 2017 in Sunset Memorial Gardens with Pastor Chris Seiber and Terry Lee officiating. Wayne Cartwright, Michael Posey, Eric Neloms, David Brooks, Justin Dixon, and Matthew Brooks will serve as pallbearers. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.

Her family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home.
