Julia Rebecca Tinsley, 76, of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at her home. She was a member of White Oak Baptist Church. Julia retired from American Uniform Company after 40 years of service.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. Julia loved spending time with her family.
Julia was born July 17, 1940 to the late Horace and Louise Bagby Coker. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, George William “Bill” Coker and Charles “Chuck” Coker; and sisters, Mary Lane and Katherine Rollins.
Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Glen E. Tinsley; daughters, Debbie Morrow (DeWayne), Becky Moore (Barry) and Annette Ledford (Greg); grandchildren, Johnathan Morrow (Julie), Crystal Sherk (Chad), Bridget Ellison (Nate), Heather Stoker (Jeffrey), Chris Reed (Aerica) and Travis Reed; great grandchildren, Cooper Sherk, Lexy Langford, Bentley Ellison, Shelby Ellison, Jaydan Stoker, Jarrett Stoker, Easton Reed and Parker Reed; great great grandson, Liam Langford; siblings, Ann Groves and Thomas Coker; and several nieces and nephews.
The service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 19, 2017 in the chapel of Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home with the Reverend Gene Smith and the Reverend Todd Collins officiating. Interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens Johnathan Morrow, Chris Reed, Travis Reed, Nate Ellison, Jeffrey Stoker and Kyle Langford serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Eddie Rollins and Tim Presley. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.
Her family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
