Louise B. Flowers

Louise B. Flowers, 88, a resident of Cleveland went home to be with the Lord May 6, 2017 at her daughter’s residence. She was a dedicated Christian and a member of Eastside Church of Christ.

She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Mrs. Flowers had a gifted talent of caring for children and spent many years babysitting many children. She loved crocheting, fishing and bird watching.

She was the daughter of the late Flora Belle “Mae” Hitson and Ernest Hitson and was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Linville Flowers; brother, Fred Hitson; and great granddaughter, Jamison Allmon.

She is survived by her three children, Gene Flowers (Peggy), Eddie Flowers (Becky), and Trefene Ellis (Richard); six grandchildren: Gina Lindsey (Kip), Renaugia Allmon (Jimmy), Seth Flowers (Lisa), Tanner Flowers (Stacy), Tyler Flowers, and Cody Ellis (Marka); and seven great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Monday, May 8, 2017 in the chapel of Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home with Minister Jeff Archey   officiating. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday at Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with Tanner Flowers, Tyler Flowers, Seth Flowers, Cody Ellis, Eddie Carson, and Wesley Davis serving as pallbearers.

Her family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home prior to the service.
