Carolyn Wilene Wilson, 78, of Cleveland, died Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at a local health care facility. She was a member of North Cleveland Church of God. Carolyn was retired from Bradley Memorial Hospital where she worked as a RN for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Wilson who passed away November 11, 2015; and parents, Herman and Chattie Bates Long. Survivors include her children, Joe Rayburn and wife, Aletha, Jan Rayburn, and Karen Wilson all of Cleveland, and Greg Wilson and wife Jenny of North Port, AL; grandchildren: Chris Rayburn (Maria) of Chattanooga, Lauren Martinez (Andrew), Jon Anderson, Brittany Dills (Bryan Bain) and Talania Thomas (Devon) all of Cleveland, Heather Duke (Justin) of Ooltewah, and Chelsey Rayburn of Texas; several great grandchildren; brothers, Kenneth Long, Eddie Long, and Ted Long; sister, Helen Long; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 17, 2016 at Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Reverend Wesley Choplin presiding.
