Reba Stuman Cunningham Cook, 76, of Cleveland, was called home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 8, 2016. She was surrounded by her family in her final moments that of whom were touched throughout her admirable, joyful and devout life.
She was a lifelong resident of Cleveland and a retired employee of Schering Plough Healthcare. A devoted member of Mt. Olive Church of God, she was a brilliant, fun loving and joyous wife, mother, nanny and friend to all she came in contact with. Reba was also a member of the Chapter O motorcycle group with her husband, Glenn. She most enjoyed bringing people together and making them smile, whether cooking a dinner for her friends and family or playing bingo with cancer patients during treatment,
Reba was preceded in death by her first husband, Tommy Cunningham; parents, Avery and Lillian Hysinger Stuman; brother, Sonny Stuman; and sister, Barbara Keller.
Survivors include her husband, Glenn Cook; two sons, Tony Cunningham and wife, Sandy of McDonald and Greg Cunningham and wife, Valerie of Seymour; three grandchildren, Heather Burnette and husband, Nathan and Josh Cunningham, all of Cleveland and Ashley Cunningham of Seymour; one great granddaughter, Aubrey Burnette of Cleveland; three step sons and their families, Lynn Cook and Darrell Cook and wife, Aurelia, all of Knoxville and Greg Gook and wife, Lori of Warner Robins, GA; and several nieces, nephews and special friends.
The funeral will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 11, 2016 in the chapel of Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Gary Sears and Charles White officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens with Josh Cunningham, Nathan Burnette, Buddy Keller, Corey Stuman, Travis Farris and Stanton Goforth serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Lawrence Holder, Dallas Stuman and Wes Collins.
Her family will receive friends on Thursday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
