Hilda Mae Williams, 71, of Cleveland, passed away, Friday, August 5, 2016 in a local hospital. She was a member of New Liberty Baptist Church. She was retired from Coca-Cola, where she worked as a receptionist. She was also a 1962 graduate of Bradley Central High School. Although she was severely disabled she was very independant and reared her three childern without any outside assistance.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul E. and Marjorie Holt Rymer; son, Ricky A. Hiefnar; brother, Calvin Rymer and brothers-in-law, Oscar Foster, Jr. and Cleve H. Cordell.
Survivors include her husband, Ray Williams of Cleveland; children, Johnny Ray Hiefnar and wife, Mary and Karen Sue Villalobos, all of Cleveland; three grandchildren, Tonya Machelle Gladson and husband, Sherman, Ashley Dees and Alex Dees, all of Cleveland; great-grandchildren, Cody Alan Gladson and Mariah Lynn Gladson; siblings, J. Dale Rymer (Bernice), Percy Rymer (Brenda), Bill Rymer (Carolyn), Stella Foster, all of Cleveland, R.L. Rymer (Ruby) of Varnell and Mary Cordell of Powder Springs, GA; sister in law, Brenda Rymer of Cleveland; step-children, Sherry Cranfield and husband, Bill and Gloria Keel; step-grandchildren, Kristy Fox, Kevin McSpadden, April Thomas and Ashley Headrick. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 12, 2016 in the chapel of Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home with the Reverend Percy Rymer and the Reverend Darren Fansler officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.
Her family will receive friends from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at the funeral home.
