Mary Ruth Burk Bagley, 72, of Cleveland passed away, Sunday, June 5, 2016 at a Chattanooga Care Center with her family at her side. She was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church.
She was a 1962 graduate of Bradley Central High School. She served as Vice-President of Taylors FCE and until recently served as President of the Bradley County FCE Council. After retiring from M&M Mars, she enjoyed traveling the world with her husband and spending time with her family. She and her family lived in Poland and China for a time.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Warren G. and Ola Burk; and brother, Dwight Burke.
Survivors include her husband of 19 years, Charles Bagley of Cleveland; step-son, Chris Bagley and wife Gabrielle of Thompson Station; grandchildren, Cade Bagley and Evan Bagley of Thompson Station; brother, George Burk and wife, Lana of Hixon; sister, Phyliss Burke Suits of Cleveland; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Friday, June 10, 2016 in the chapel of Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Doyle McCracken officiating. Interment will follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery with Geremy Burke, Warren Burke, Donnie Burke, Billy Burke, Josh Ingle and Brenton Garvich serving as pallbearers.
Her family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 on Thursday at the funeral home.
