Jerry Christopher Haulk

Jerry Christopher Haulk,42 , of Cleveland, TN passed away Friday, November 13 , 2015 in a local hospital. He was a 1992 graduate of Polk County High School and was employed by Whirlpool for 17 years. He was of the Christian faith. He is survived by his spouse, Jeannie Green Haulk, of Cleveland, TN; his parents, Fred and Beulah Haulk of Reliance, TN; two children, Cassidy Nicole Haulk and Chloe Sophia Haulk, both of Reliance; two step daughters, Amanda Usary of Chapel Hill, NC, Stephanie Dawn Powell of Cleveland; one stepson, Steven Christopher Powell of Reliance; siblings, Rick Haulk, Juanita (Shane) Shell and Jennifer Laudermilk, all of Reliance; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Kenny and Vivian Green of Cleveland; grandchildren, Zoi Usary and Joe Usary of Chapel Hill, a very special granddaughter, Autumn Ruth of Cleveland; several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. on, Tuesday, November 17, 2015 in the chapel of Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Ken Elledge officiating. Burial will follow at Tasso Memorial Cemetery. His family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
