Frances L. McConnell

Frances L. Still McConnell, 94, loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away Thursday, December 25, 2014 in the arms of her loving daughter, and surrounded by her family and friends. She was a member of East Side church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, John H. "Shorty" McConnell, Jr.; daughter, Linda Gill; parents, Robert H. and Dinah Hicks Still; grandson, Jeff Brewer; siblings: Gussie Phillips, Mary Humphrey, Ida Mae Still, Josephine Phillips, Margaret Renner, Martin "Cotton" Still, Sue McConnell, and Roy "Jack" Still; and infant sister, Kathleen Still. She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Judy Brewer (Jim); brother, Robert K. Still; sister, Betty Elmore (Benny); sister-in-law, Polly Still; and brother-in-law, Clifford McConnell all of Cleveland; grandchildren: Jena Brewer Payne, Johnny Gill, Kelli Brown and Angie Gill all of Cleveland; great-grandchildren: Parker, Alex, Cayci, Cindy and Chelsea; great-great grandchildren: Miguel, Antonio, Ramon, Gaby, Peyton and Jace; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, December 27, 2014 at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Minister Bill Maynard and Elder Herdis Kyle officiating. Parker Morgan, Alex Gill, Andy Hyberger, Robbie Still, Johnny Gill and Wesley Hannah will serve as pallbearers. Her family will receive friends from 12:30-2:30 p.m. Saturday at Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home. The family suggests memorials may be made to East Side church of Christ Building Fund, P.O.
