Lucille E. Porter, 77, ran into the arms of her loving Savior Tuesday morning, June 17, 2014. She was surrounded with love at home when she departed this world, love from the family at her side, and lots of love from others present in spirit. She will spend eternity in Heaven without pain and be free of fear and worry of this world. She will have a beautiful eternity with her husband Billy D. Porter; son, David F. Porter; and her parents, Earl and Lyda Dunn; as well as many other loving family and friends who preceded her Heavenly ascent. She was a wonderful and loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, cousin, aunt, and friend. She was blessed with the gift of a beautiful voice that she used to praise and worship the Lord at Church, weddings, funerals and at home. She was a faithful member of Tasso Baptist Church, where she loved her church family so very much. Lucille was a retired hair dresser and also a dietician with Bradley County Schools. She leaves behind her daughter, Darlene Johansen and her husband, Daniel; daughter-in-law, Julia "Teena" Porter; six grandchildren, Tia Ray and husband, Brandon, Keisha Johansen, David L.
