Velma Irene Randolph, 99, of Cleveland passed away Sunday, June 1, 2014 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church. She was known for her flower gardens and the devotion to her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Keevil Randolph; parents, H. P. and Callie Williams Jenkins; brothers, Walter Jenkins, Arthur Jenkins, Lester Jenkins, Fletcher Jenkins, Roy Jenkins and Bill Jenkins; and sisters, Nola Strzelecki and Verdie Matthews. She is survived by her three children, Angela "Angee" Rapier and husband, Charlie, Rita Pirkle and husband, Fred "Edd" and Earl Randolph and wife, Lisa, all of Cleveland; four grandchildren, Scott Varnell, Victor Pirkle, Joe Pirkle and wife, Sonia and Megan Justice and husband, Josh, all of Cleveland; great grandson, Maxwell Pirkle; brother, Lawrence Jenkins of Cleveland; several nieces and nephews; and special caregivers, Brenda Robinson and Betty Keefer. The funeral will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home. The interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens. Her family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
