John A. Liner

John A. Liner, 37, of Nashville and a former resident of Calhoun, passed away Monday, May 26, 2014. He was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his father, James Liner. Survivors include his mother, Faye Liner of Calhoun; sisters, Debra Liner of Calhoun, Becky Brown of Cleveland and Betty Corley of Florida; brother, Ronnie Liner of Georgia; special niece, Sheena Brown of Cleveland; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. The funeral will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 29, 2014 in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with Pastor Ray Ingram officiating. The interment will be Friday at 11:00 a.m. in Meadow Fork Baptist Church Cemetery in Calhoun with Jeff Morris, Jeremy Brown, Tyler Morris, Hunter Morris, George Maxwell and Billy Ingram serving as pallbearers. His family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home prior to the service.
