Delores Lucille Bennett

Delores Lucille Bennett, 75, lifelong resident of Cleveland went home to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday, April 12, 2014 in a local hospital. She was a member of Waterville Baptist Church. Delores was a loving mother, grandmother and a dear wife. She enjoyed collecting quilts. She was preceded in death by her parents, Martha and Haynes Whaley and she was the last of her 10 siblings. Survivors include her loving husband of 58 years, James M. Bennett of Cleveland; two sons: Steve Bennett (Pam) and their children, Ashley Norman (Graham), expectant grandchild, Lucy Grace Norman, Aaron Bennett, and great-grandchild, Emma Lynn Bennett; Perry Bennett (Sheila) and their children, Gabrielle and Abigail Bennett; and a host of nieces and nephews and many family friends. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery with the Reverend Sam Melton officiating.
