Richard Alan Tinsley

Richard Alan Tinsley, 57, of Cleveland, TN passed away peacefully at home on February 7th, 2014. Ric was born on October 11, 1956 to the late Carl Thomas Tinsley of Cleveland and Louise Norwood Tinsley of Athens. Ric had been an active member of the business community in Cleveland over the past 40 years where he managed two photo finishing labs. Ric is preceded in death by his mother and father, Carl and Louise, and his brother, C. Thomas Tinsley of Knoxville, TN. He leaves behind his brother, Greg Tinsley of Indianapolis, IN, and Greg's wife, Jill and children, Christopher, Dylan, Sydnie, Cooper, and Keaton. He also leaves behind his sister-in-law, Denice Tinsley of Knoxville, TN, his nephew, Andrew Tinsley of Richmond, KY and Andrew's wife, Amanda and daughter, Abbie, and his nephew, Seth Tinsley of Knoxville, TN. In addition to these loved ones, he leaves behind several dear friends including Winston and Bobbie Prince (best neighbors and friends), Larry Anderson (long time best friend), and Max and Courtney Phillips (long time Cleveland extended family). His family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at St. Luke's Episcopal Church located at 320 Broad Street NW, Cleveland, TN 37311 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm with a memorial service immediately following.
