Felix Gallaher, 98, a lifelong resident of Cleveland passed away Thursday, October 10, 2013 in a Chattanooga healthcare facility. He attended Community Hall Church and his faith was in God. He was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel Gallaher; and parents, Jerry Baker and Mabel Gallaher. Survivors include his children, JoAnn Swafford and Betty Bottoms both of Cleveland; grandchildren: Darrell and Sharon Bottoms, Gary and Wanda Bottoms, Debbie Ellis, Tony and Jennifer Swafford, Tracy and Suzi Swafford and Nick and Robyn Swafford; great grandchildren: Matthew Bottoms, Zachary Murphy, Grant Bottoms, Brett Swafford, Haley Swafford, Jackson Swafford, Morgan Swafford, and Jenssen Swafford; great-great- grandson, Elijah Keane Murphy; brother, Bob Baker of GA; sisters, Sue Reynolds of Cleveland and Betty Turner of FL. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 13, 2013 in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with his grandson Darrell Bottoms officiating. Interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens. The service will conclude with a white dove release ceremony. His family will receive friends from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
