Bobby Darrel Hensley, 50, a resident of Georgetown passed away Monday, September 23, 2013 at his residence. He was of the Church of God faith. He loved hunting, fishing, and being with his family. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Edward Hensley; paternal grandparents, Joseph Nobel Hensley and Jessie Lee Hensley; and maternal grandparents, Clyde Ray Maynard and Lillian Sophronia Maynard. Survivors include his wife, Cindy White Hensley; mother, Allie Sue Maynard Glossip of Vero Beach, FL; four children, Carl and Amy Campbell of Cleveland, PFC Ryan Campbell of Georgetown, Tabitha and Steven Cowan and Kim and Jimmy Cole all of Cleveland; five grandchildren, Alexis Towns and Megan Brawdy both of Cleveland, BreAnna Abbott of Spring City, and Lillian Kirkpatrick and Sean Hensley both of Cleveland; three sisters, Linda Trent, Yvonne and Tom Bohannon of Maryville, and Bonnie and Richard Blanz of Vero Beach, FL; one brother, Larry and Jayne Hensley of Ft. Pierce, FL; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, September 27 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with Pastors Jerry Herron and Mike Whitmire officiating. Gerald Prince, Chris Trent, Joe Thomas, Stan Clark, Adam Cagley, and Jeff Spence will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow at Johnston Cemetery in Meigs County. The service will conclude with a white dove release ceremony. His family will receive friends from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
