Veronica "Ronnie" Sprague, 88, a resident of Cleveland passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at the home of her daughter, Kathy, in Georgetown. She was the daughter of the late Martin and Julia Niziol. Originally from Minneapolis, MN, she moved to Cleveland with her husband, "Red", in 1949 for the opening of the American Uniform Company. She was an avid gardener and birdwatcher. She spent her later years enjoying her time with children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lincoln "Red" Sprague. She is survived by her sons, Daniel Sprague and wife, Linda, Martin Sprague and wife, Becky, and Patrick Sprague; daughters, Kathy Atnip and husband, Anthony and Theresa Thompson and husband, Ron; nine grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren. A private interment will be conducted at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Jason Thompson, Michael Thompson, T.J. Atnip, Brandon Sprague, Shane Sprague and Jaden Martin serving as pallbearers. Her family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 24 at the funeral home.
