Shirley Faye Keeton Stone, 74, a resident of Gray, TN and formerly of Cleveland passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2013 in a Bristol, TN hospital. She had lived in this area since 1963, moving from Chicago, Illinois and living the last eight years in Gray, TN. She was of the Baptist faith. Shirley and her husband owned and operated Stone's Truckstop for about 25 years and the Traveler's Inn Restaurant for 5 years. She was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother and had a servant's heart. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jess "Audie" Stone; parents, Herbert Keeton and Anna York Keeton; and brothers, Tony Keeton and Clifford Keeton. Survivors include her children: Derita Scarbrough (Willard) of Cleveland and Gary Stone (Alice) of Gray, TN; grandchildren: Austin Corbin (Georgette) of W VA, Joseph Corbin of Cleveland, Miranda Stacey (Ryan) of New York, Heather Beck (J.J.) of Cleveland, Mandy Rodriguez (Brian) of Cleveland, A.J. Stone and fiancé` Allison Joy of Michigan, Tyler Stafford of Hickory, NC and Harley Eggers of Gray, TN; great-grandchildren: Nevaeh, Matthew, Dakota, Abby, Autumn, Isabella, Lilyana, Averie, Azalia and Asher; sisters: Betty Bailey (Hugh) of Gulfport, FL, Brenda Carlock (Calvin) of Chatsworth, GA and Linda Griffith (Gary) of Robbins, TN; brothers: Ralph Keeton (Lois) of Chicago, IL, Harold Keeton of Robbins, TN, Jimmy Keeton (Marcelle) of Chatsworth, GA, Paul Keeton (Janet) of Robbins, TN and Danny Keeton (Joyce) of Robbins, TN; and several nieces and nephews and other extended family members. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, July 27, 2013 in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with the Reverend Gary Griffith officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens with Austin Corbin, Joey Corbin, Brian Rodriguez, Jimmy Lee Keeton, Brad Keeton, Brian Keeton and Bryce Harness serving as pallbearers.
