Margie Alberta Osment, 90, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, passed away at the Skyridge Medical Center early on June 09, 2013, surrounded by her loving sons, daughters-in-law, and sisters. She attended the Wesley Memorial United Church. She was a loving and generous wife, mother, and grandmother, a terrific cook, and an immaculate housekeeper. She worked at a variety of jobs over the years to help support her family, and send her sons to college, including ticket seller at the Princess Theater, checkout clerk at Toby's Food Store, a waitress at various local restaurants, and nurse at Bradley Memorial Hospital. She was born in Bradley County on September 19, 1922 to the late Lonnie and Bessie Howell Prince. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Melvin Osment; brothers, Marvin Prince and Milburn Prince; and sister, Marie Vaughn. Survivors include her twin sons and their spouses, Donald and Teresa Osment and Ronald and Rose Osment; sisters, Katherine Campanaro and Barbara Jean Jackson, all of Cleveland; grandsons: Andy Osment, Danny Osment and D.L. Bodenhamer; granddaughters: Donna Hughes, Julie Redmond, Rhonda Lambert, and Dusty Mooneyham; great-grandson, Parker Redmond; great-granddaughters: Jaisa and Jaimi Lambert, Tandem Osment, Hope Mooney, Elli Hughes, Lara Redmond, and BreAnna and Cassidy Mooneyham; several nieces and nephews, and a very special little boy, Hunter Foster. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, 2013 in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens with Danny Osment, Andy Osment, Bert Osment, Chris Jackson, Trent Redmond and Parker Redmond serving as pallbearers. Denny Hughes, D.L. Bodenhammer and Jason Lambert will serve as honorary pallbearers. Her family will receive friends from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
