William Wesley Phillips, Jr.

William Wesley Phillips, Jr., 72, a resident of Cleveland passed away, Saturday, January 19, 2013 at his home. He was a member of Broad Street United Methodist Church. He earned his Master's Degree in Engineering from UTC and was retired from Miller Industries in Ooltewah. He belonged to the East Ridge Masonic Lodge #755 and was a Scottish Rite and Shriner. He was preceded in death by his father, William Wesley Phillips, Sr. and mother, Dorthea Jane McPherson Phillips. Survivors include his daughter, Anne Marie Phillips Landin and husband, Lance of Cornelius, NC; granddaughter, Cadance Landin of Cornelius, NC; sister, Carolyn Yates of Rutledge, TN; one niece and one nephew Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 22, 2013 in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with Pastors Randy Martin and Debbie Stokes officiating. Interment will follow in Chattanooga Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Monday, January 21, 2013 from 5:00 - 7:30 p.m. concluding with a Masonic Service at the funeral home.
