Rodney Blackwell

Rodney Blackwell, 64, a life-long resident of Cleveland, passed away Monday, September 03, 2012, at his home. He was of the Baptist faith. He was an avid gun enthusiast. He was an active member of MENSA, when his health permitted. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Scates Hall Blackwell and his mother, Frances Stinnett Blackwell. He is survived by his father, Boe Blackwell of Cleveland; stepchildren, Stacey Sandifer and husband, Stephen of Oklahoma City, Okalahoma, and Patrick Hall of Chattanooga; one grandson, Riley Sandifer; two sisters, Mitzi Blackwell Thompson and husband, Jim of Old Fort, TN, and Misty Blackwell Daniel and husband, Dennis of Charleston, TN; and nephews, Dr. Tyler Jones, Aaron Daniel, and Brian Daniel.
