Dorothy "Dot" Sue Eaves, 82, of Cleveland, passed away Friday, May 4, 2012, in a Chattanooga healthcare facility. She was retired from the Cleveland Enamel Plant after 42 years of service. She was a member of Ridgeview Baptist Church for over 30 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Spencer Rue Eaves; parents, Grady and Virgie Dixon; sisters, Nellie Snyder, Mary Newman, Christine Hackney and Sue Dixon; and brothers, Lee Russell, C.L. Russell and Delmer Dixon. She is survived by her sons, Tommy Dixon and wife, Patricia of McDonald and Ron Moore and wife, Mary of Cleveland; grandchildren, Michele Jensen, Tina Giberson, Amanda Nolen, Tommy Dixon and Brent Nissen and 12 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 7, 2012, in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with Pastor Josh Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Fort Hill Cemetery with Bobby Dunn, Brent Dunn, Derrick Payne, grandsons, Tommy Dixon, Brent Nissen and great grandson Brett Griffith serving as pallbearers. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service. The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Sunday, May 6, 2012 at the funeral home.
