George Clowers

George W. Clowers, 86, of Cleveland passed away Saturday, April 14, 2012 in a Chattanooga healthcare facility. Mr. Clowers was a U.S. Army veteran who served during World War II. He retired from Magic Chef after many years of service. He attended Unity Church of God. Survivors include sons: David Clowers, Don Clowers both of Cleveland, Randall Clowers, Ronnie Clowers both of Longview TX : brothers Joe Clowers, Roy Clowers, sister Mary Swanson all of Cleveland. A graveside service with military honors will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, April 19, 2012 at the Chattanooga National Cemetery. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Fike Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
