Patricia Lou Smith

Patricia Lou Smith, 73, a resident of Cleveland passed away Monday, January 09, 2011 at her home. She was a member of Parkway Baptist Church. She loved her family, her church and she loved laughter. Mrs. Smith loved all of her grandchildren and was so proud of them. She was retired from American Uniform after 22 years service in quality control. She was preceded in death by her parents, Louie J. Hallum and Minnie L. Walker Hallum; sister, Joann Colombero and brother, Jimmy Hallum. Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Robert E. Smith of Cleveland; son Dwight Edward Smith of Cleveland; daughters, Stephanie Reffner and her husband Keith of Cleveland and Sheila Hardin and her husband Rodney of Lexington, TN; grandchildren, Andrew Reffner, Lauren Reffner, Katlyn Hardin, Kayla Ann Hardin and Kaleb Hardin; great grandchild, Landen Reffner; sisters, Johnnie Mae Westendorf of Oklahoma City, Ok and Jeri Emerson of Fresno, CA. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 12, 2012 in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with Pastor Shane Lawson and Pastor Gene Oody officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service. The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
