Cloys C. Baliles

Pastor Cloys C. Baliles, 77, a resident of Cleveland passed away Monday, October 10, 2011 at a Chattanooga hospital. He was a member and Pastor of Bound For That City Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd Benjamin Baliles and Mildred Irene Baliles; brothers: Kenneth, Junior, Charlie and Lake Baliles; sister, Betty Sue Grady. Survivors include his wife, Odessa Baliles of Cleveland; daughters, Debbie Waters (Roger) of Cleveland, Connie York (Pastor Anthony) of Cleveland and Joyce Peru (Billy) of Rome, GA; son, Harvey Baliles (Kathy) of Rocky Face, GA; grandchildren: Tonya Brown, Tina McDougal, Savanna Lowrance, Joey Peru, Brian Peru, Jody Baliles, Mark Wells, Christy Coffia and Janet Wilson; brothers, Randall Baliles of Cleveland, Wayne Baliles of Copperhill, Dewey Baliles of Copperhill, Dennis Baliles of Cleveland and J.D. Baliles of Cleveland;17 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday October 13 at Bound For That City Church with the Reverend Lonnie Harris and the Reverend Johnny Prater officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt Carmel Church Cemetery in Turtletown, TN with Mark Wells, Bobby Brown, Drake Fields, Jody Baliles, Joey Peru, Brian Peru and Mark Brown serving as pallbearers.
