Mary Frances Whitehead, of Cleveland, Tennessee passed away August 26, 2011 at The Episcopal Church Home in Louisville. She was a retired executive secretary for the Tennessee Valley Authority, and was a communicant of St. Luke's Episcopal Church as well as a member of the Cherokee Garden Club for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lula Mae Ray Taylor and Jess Taylor. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, James Edwin Whitehead and her granddaughter, Belinda Dinsmore Osbourn. Mary Frances is survived by her two loving daughters, Taylor Whitehead Dinsmore (Ervin) and Jamie Whitehead Ramsay (David) and six grandchildren, Debra Dinsmore Turley, Eric Dinsmore, Andrew Dinsmore, Mary Lorah Dinsmore, Mason Ramsay and Carter Ramsay; and four great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday August 30, 2011 at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 320 Broad Street Northwest, Cleveland, TN 37311 with burial in Fort Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00-4:00 p.m. on Tuesday in the parish hall at the church until time of service.
