Margaret Anderson Scott

April 3, 1922 — October 13, 2010

Margaret Anderson Scott, a resident of Cleveland, passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2010. She was the daughter of the late Cleatus and Fannie Bonine Hickman. She retired from American Uniform after 29 years of service and was a member of Big Springs United Methodist Church. She was a beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Scott and son, William R. McBrien. She is survived by her children, Frances Chadwick of Cleveland, Jesse Anderson of Morganton, NC, Sammy Anderson Hayden of Cleveland, Johnny Anderson of Ocala, FL and David Anderson of Cleveland; sister, Bonnie Anderson of Marion, IN; and brothers, Jim Hickman of Cleveland, John Hickman of Ohio and Dean Hickman of Nashville. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, October 15, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with Pastor Lyle White delivering the homily and Jesse Anderson delivering the eulogy. Interment will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery with Gary Anderson, Bryan Anderson, Jeff Pullin, William Hayden, Scott Price, Jeff Price, Robert Cody and Chris Bitzel serving as pallbearers The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:30 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home prior to the service.
