James Herschel Sewell

James Herschel Sewell, 74, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2009 in an Athens healthcare facility. He was of the Baptist faith. He was formerly employed with Cleveland Chair Company. He was preceded in death by his parents Francis Marion Sewell and Dollie Belle Farmer Sewell. He is survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 26, 2009 in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with the Reverend Jimmy Lewis officiating. Interment will follow in Sewell Family Cemetery in McMinn. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.
