Troy Lee Sivley, 44, a resident of Charleston passed away Saturday, October 24, 2009 in a Chattanooga Hospital. He was of the Christian faith. Mr. Sivley was employed with Tarver Distributing Company. He was an avid outdoorsman and part-time caterer. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dollie Sivley and his brother Phillip Wayne Sivley, Jr. He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Kimberly Simmons Sivley of Charleston; son, Jonathon D. Sivley of Charleston; daughters, Michaela E. Sivley of Charleston and Cristyn Woody of Chattanooga; father, Phillip Sivley, Sr., of Ooltewah; sister, Kim Jackson of Ringgold, GA; mother and father-in-law, Jane and John Simmons of Charleston; sister and brother-in-law, Kristi and Marc Alley of Cleveland and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, October 27, 2009 in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with the Reverend Tony Spencer and Father Joel Huffstetler officiating. Interment will follow in Chattanooga Memorial Park with Marc Alley, Jim Cofer, Curtis Dickey, Adam Yarman, Timothy Bacon, Jr. and Tim Bacon, Sr., serving as pallbearers. The service will conclude with a white dove release ceremony. The family will receive friends from 5-9 p.m. Monday, October 26, 2009 at the funeral home.
