Pauline Martin

Pauline Martin, 85, of Charleston, passed away Tuesday, August 25, 2009 at her home. She was of the Methodist faith. She retired from American Uniform after twenty-seven years. She was preceded in death by her husband, W.D. Martin; son, William "Gary" Martin; parents, W.D. Howell and Fannie Lee Swisher Howell and brother, Tommy Howell. Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Phyllis Martin of Charleston; grandson, Will Martin and wife, Megan of Georgetown; sisters: Ruth Beck and Mabel West both of Cleveland and Wilma Treadwell of Fayetteville, GA; and brother, Delmar Howell of Lenoir City. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 P.M. Friday, August, 28, 2009 in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with Father Joel Huffstetler officiating. There will be a private interment with Will Martin, Kevin Beck, Charles West, Larry Beck, Don Rollens and Pete Pike serving as pallbearers. Her family will receive friends from 5 -7 P.M. Friday, August 28, 2009 at the funeral home.
