Ella Sue Eldridge

Ella Sue Eldridge, 72, a resident of Bradyville passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at Lakeshore Wedgewood healthcare facilith. She was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church. Mrs. Eldridge was a native of Bradley County, but had lived in Cannon County for the past 37 years. She was employed as a registered nurse at Stones River Hospital in Woodbury for 25 years prior to retirement. She was a 50 year member of the Ocoee Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar Boring and Essie Broomfield Boring; her husband, Arland Dean Eldridge and brother, Ervin Boring. She is survived by her daughter, Leah Eldridge of Nashville, TN; brothers, Lawrence Boring and wife Vestal of Benton, TN and Vance Boring and wife Phyllis of Athens, Ga.; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 P.M. Sunday June 28, 2009 in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with Pastor Richard McKeehan officiating. Interment will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 30. 2009 in the Chattanooga National Cemetery, The family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home prior to the service.
