Lila Dale Youngdahl

Lila Dale Youngdahl, 77, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, October 21, 2007 in a Chattanooga hospital. Mrs. Youngdahl was originally of Portland, Oregon but had been a resident of Cleveland for the last seven years. She enjoyed a career in Modeling and Fashion Design and held the position of fashion coordinator for Sears Roebuck for 15 years. She was a member of the N.W.S.I.D. Society of Interior Designs. She was a member of the Michigan Avenue Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Floyd Dale and Doris Miller Dale, sister; Elsie Bouldon, and brother; Harold Dale.

She is survived by her husband Ira Youngdahl of Cleveland, one son; David Youngdahl and wife Elizabeth of Cleveland, sisters; Elinor Scheer and Sylvia Gosnell, brothers; Kenneth Dale, F. Keith Dale and Karold Dale all of Oregon.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A. M. Tuesday, October 23, 2007 in the chapel of the Fike Funeral Home with the Reverend Victor Hayes officiating. Interment will follow in the Council Baptist Church Cemetery with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service.
