Lloyd Reagan, 92, a resident of Cleveland passed away Thursday, March 6, 2008 at his home. He was a member of Eastview Baptist church and had been a resident of Cleveland since 1955.
Mr. Reagan was an avid fisherman and he enjoyed farming and growing flowers. He was a person who lived life to the fullest and was a fun person to be around. He was a boilerman in the clothing industry and was an employee of Hardwick Clothes for 13 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Reagan and Ellen Bradley Reagan; his wife Nola Reagan, grandson, Larry Reagan and twelve brothers and sisters.
He is survived by daughters, Grace Dumas, Betty Fox and husband Randy, Connie Woods and husband Michael, Becky Johnson and husband Parish, all of Cleveland, Barbara Skinner of Sweetwater, sons, Glen Reagan and wife Charlotte of Georgetown, Harold Reagan and wife Annette of Madisonville, Billy Calvin and wife Reba of Riceville, Lloyd Reagan Jr. and wife Rhonda and Sam Reagan of Cleveland; fourteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday March 9, 2008 at the Ebernezer Baptist Church with Reverend Hoyle Ellis and Reverend James Watson officiating. .Interment will follow in the Ball Play Cemetery in Madisonville with grandsons, Sammy Reagan, Josh Reagan, Dustin Roberts, Zachary Woods, Tommy Reagan and David Goins serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearer will be Tracy Reagan.
The family will receive friends from 5-9 p.m. Saturday, March 8, 2008 at Fike Funeral Home and also from 1-2 p.m. on Sunday, March 9, 2008 at the church.
