Paul E. Little

November 23, 1932 — February 23, 2007

Paul E. Little, 74, a resident of Charleston, left this world on Friday, February 23 at a local healthcare facility following a four-year illness caused by strokes. He was retired from Olin Corporation following 25 years of service as regional construction manager of Olin's southeastern and southwestern divisions. Following his retirement, he served as an Olin consultant on construction projects across the United States and in South America. Prior to joining Olin, he was a partner in a family owned construction company. He was a member of the Chapel on the Hill, a former PTA president and active as a supporter of shelter pets' welfare projects. He was an avid football fan and saxophonist. His father, Paul E. Little Sr., preceded him in death.

He is survived by his wife, Sue Little of Charleston; their five children and spouses: Paul Mark Little and Angela of Virginia, Sally Ann Little-Warner and Vaughan Warner of Alabama, Matt Little of Florida, Katy Little Maneman of Cleveland, and David Little and Delota also of Cleveland; grandchildren: Erin Little and Ryan Little of Virginia, Josh Little of California, David Eliot Maneman, Chandra Ramsey and Tucker Ramsey, all of Cleveland; his mother, Helen Little of Ohio; sister, Jean Warne of Ohio; and a niece and nephew.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with Jamie Hudson officiating. Interment will follow in Council Baptist Church Cemetery in Charleston.

His family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home prior to the service.

His family requests that in lieu of flowers memorial gifts be made to Exclusively Shelter Pets' Rescue Fund, PO Box 746, Charleston TN 37310.
