Lois B. Lee, 90, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Thursday September 25, 2008 at the family residence. She was a loving mother, mother-in-law and grandmother. Mrs. Lee was a member of Blue Springs Baptist Church. She worked in the office at Bradley Farmers Co-Op for many years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Verlin "Bill" Lee; parents: William N. Bishop and Laura Cox Bishop; brothers: Lloyd N. Bishop, Roy Lee Bishop and Hoyt Bishop; sisters: Lodena B. Rogers and Grace Mae Small.
She is survived by her son, David Lee and wife, Debbie of Cleveland; 2 grandchildren: Andy Lee and wife, Joselyn and Amy Willis and husband, John all of Cleveland; 4 great grandchildren: Laura Willis, John D. Willis, Jackson Willis and Noah Lee; 3 sisters: Jean Croghan, Dorothy Aikman and husband, James all of Cleveland, Mildred Manus and husband, Jesse of Dalton GA; sister-in-law, Virginia Cameron Bishop of Morristown and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, September 28, 2008 in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with the Reverend Richard Snyder officiating. Interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with John Willis, Andy Lee, L.N. Bishop, Carl Root, Freddie Dodson and Kim Randolph serving as pallbearers. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.
Her family will receive friends from 4 to 8 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
