Laura Odessa Harris

Laura Odessa Harris, 89, a resident of Cleveland passed away Sunday, December 21, 2008 in a Chattanooga hospital. She was of the Baptist faith.
Mrs. Harris was a wonderful loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Milton Clem and Myrtle Candis Malone Clem and her husband, Clifford Harris.
She is survived by her son, Jerry Harris and wife Sue of Cleveland; daughters, Shirley Kerley and husband Bill of Huntsville, Al., Barbara Higgins of Ooltewah, Doris Ash and husband James of Woodstock, Ga.; 15 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday December 23, 2008 in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with Reverend Huel Hooker officiating. Interment will follow in the Hilcrest Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. Tuesday December 23, 2008 at the funeral home.
