Margaret Frances Hackney, 88 of Cleveland, passed away, Saturday, January 24, 2009 in a local hospital.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
She was a member of Faith Memorial Church.
Mrs. Hackney was preceded in death by her husband, Roy E. Hackney; father and mother, James Davenport and Lillie Orr Davenport; and brother, James Davenport.
Survivors include her daughter, Regina Wyrick of Cleveland; son, Randy Hackney of Cleveland; grandchildren, Chris Moya, Lindsey Moya, David Day, Justin Hackney, Jessica Hackney, and Jason Hackney; two great-grandchildren, Hagan Moya and Colson Moya; special adopted granddaughter, Heidi Henchar; one nephew; special friend, April Barnhart; and many special caregivers at Bradley Healthcare & Rehab.
The funeral will be held at 12 p.m. Tuesday, January 27, 2009, in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with Evangelist Tracy Osborne and Pastor Chuck Evaline officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
