Adrian L. Castel, 32, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2008 in a local hospital. He was of the Primitive Baptist faith. He was an accountant at Pioneer Credit Company; he enjoyed his work place and thought of his associates as extended family. Mr. Castel loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman.
He was preceded in death by his father, Leo Castel.
He is survived by his mother, Linda Castel of Cleveland; uncle, Mark Abernathy of FL; aunt, Brenda Davis and husband, Darrell of Maryville; great aunt, Dorothy Epperson of Polk Co; great uncles, Earl Messer of Charleston and David Martin of Cleveland and several cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 12, 2008 in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with the Reverend Marshall Roberson officiating. Interment will follow in Candies Creek Cemetery.
His family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home prior to the service.
