Judy A. Belcher, 66, a lifelong resident of Cleveland passed away Friday April 11, 2008 in a local hospital. She was of the Christian faith. Mrs. Belcher was retired from Coppingers Color Lab after more than thirty years service as Quality Control Technician.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy A. "Pat" Garner, Sr. and Addie Hall Garner, her husband Curtis Wayne Belcher who passed away in April of 2007, stepmother, Agnes Wooten Garner; brother, Roy Garner, Jr. and sister, Frances Leonard.
She is survived by sons, Curtis Belcher and wife Jackie of Old Fort, Brent Belcher and wife Johnanna of Cleveland; daughter, Cindy Brown of Kentucky; grandchildren, Brandi Belcher, Breanna Belcher and Luke Belcher all of Cleveland, Ariel Womac and Brittany Womac of Old Fort, great grandson, Bryson Hoover of Cleveland; sisters, Helen Simpson, Crystal Burns and Jeanette Allen all of Cleveland; brother, Gene Garner of Cleveland several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted at 4 p.m. Monday April 14, 2008 in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with special friend and neighbor Bishop Guilford Hill officiating. Interment will follow in the Sunset Memorial Gardens with Todd Burns, Mark Burns, Jarrod Simpson, Mark Rose, Darrell Belcher and Anthony Harris serving as pallbearers. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
