Elizabeth Jeraldine Rose

Elizabeth Jeraldine Rose, 79, of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, July 25, 2020 at her home. She was a member of Unity Church of God, were she served as the secretary and was in charge of Fun Day at the church.  She was very involved with her church.   She was a certified nursing assistant for Life Care for many years.  She loved cooking for her family and everyone.  She loved Christmas and Elvis Presley.   

She was preceded in death by her husband Henry Taylor Rose; children Dinah Calfee, John Henry Rose, and Henry Taylor Rose, Jr.; parents Yules and Mary Elizabeth Simpson; and brother Grady Simpson.

Survivors include her children Donnie and Kim Rose, Linda and Randy Byers, David and Margaret Rose, Matt and Angie Rose, Libby and Ken Green. 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren; and brothers and sisters.

The funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at Unity Church of God, located at 3144 Fulbright Rd Cleveland, TN 37312,with  Pastor David Rose officiating.  Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens with Blake Rose, William Winters, Jonathan Rose, Richard Simpson, Tony Smith, Jeff Lewallen, Ken Green, and Joseph Scroggins serving as pallbearers. 

Her family will receive friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Monday, July 27, 2020 at Unity Church of God.
