Estelle Stafford Lee, 96, of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, September 9, 2021 at her home peacefully. She was the seventh of twelve siblings. She loved reading of God’s word and working on the farm. She also enjoyed crocheting and embroidering, but most of all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Berry Taylor and Arminda Garrett Stafford; husband, George Luther Lee; sisters, Etta Richmond, Ella Critchfield, Lena Lewis, Louise Bell, Gladys Alloway, Pauline Bell, Frances Lee and Wilma Bell; and brothers, James, H.T., and David Stafford.
Survivors include her daughter, Faye (Fred) Trantham of Cleveland; grandchildren, Anthony Trantham of Cookeville, Jason (Monica) of Cleveland; great grandchildren, Jayce and Clay Trantham; sister-in-law, Zelda Lee and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Chattanooga National Cemetery with Reverend Tim Blackwelder officiating.
If you wish to follow in precession to the Chattanooga National Cemetery, please arrive at the funeral home by 12:15 p.m., as we will be departing at 12:30 p.m.
