Gail Ann Henderson Harvey Cunningham

Gail Ann Henderson Harvey Cunningham, 73 of Cleveland, was welcomed into the arms of Jesus on August 26, 2021, as she has finished her race and fought the good fight surrounded by her loving family at her home.   She was born October 17, 1947 to the late Ralph and Ila Henderson. She lived and worshipped in Cleveland for most of her life.  Gail was a charter member of Blythe Avenue Baptist Church and retired music leader, church treasurer and secretary.   She retired from Wholesale Supply Group in Jan 2021 after 18 years of dedicated service as accounts payable clerk.

She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Past Grand Representative to Nebraska (2017), and served on many committees during her time.  She was an Honorable Lady with the Order of Amaranth. She set an example of being a hard-working woman that devoted herself to her family and Jesus Christ. Gail loved to crochet and make bonnets and baby blankets for all the family, reading and singing was a great passion of hers.  She loved to share the good news of Jesus Christ in song.

Gail was the biggest fan and bragged about her multitude of grand and great grandchildren to anyone that she met.  

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her four children, Michael (Kathryn) Harvey, Diane (Darold) Harvey Raybon, Jason (Michelle) Harvey, and Jeneda Cunningham Trentham;  sisters  and brothers-in-law Susie (Rick) Starnes & Sara (George) Kyle; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A remembrance of life ceremony will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 23, 2021  at Big Spring Baptist Church with the Reverend Jim Hindman and the Reverend Joe Brooks officiating.

In lieu of flowers, we would like for donations to be given to Amaranth Diabetes Fund for American Diabetes Association or The Gideon International.
