Jacob Matthew Creasman, 33, of Etowah passed away Friday, July 15, 2022 in an Etowah healthcare facility. He was a veteran of the US Marines. Jacob was a graduate of Bradley High School, class of 2007. He was a kind and loving man and always had a smile on his face, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and Georgia football. Jacob’s life was a miracle by the grace of God he was shown.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Tammy Maupin Creasman; father, Artie W. Creasman, III; paternal grandparents: Arthur W. Creasman, Jr. and Mary Frances Paul Creasman, maternal grandparents, James Earl and Betty Faye Maupin; and uncle, Johnny Creasman.
Survivors include his brother, Caleb Patterson; sister, Dewanna Creasman; aunts, Alicia Maupin, and Christie Maupin- Carpenter (Jimmy); uncles, David Creasman, Jeff Creasman and Mike Maupin (Kathy); cousins, Caitlin and Justin Maupin, and Seth Tracy; special friends, Gary Gordon, Tricia Limpus, Jenny Wilkins and Nathan Milam.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 18, 2022 in the chapel of Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Mt. Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery with Gary Gordon, Caleb Patterson, Justin Maupin, Tanner Withrow, Mike Maupin and Charlie Patterson serving as pallbearers.
His family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home prior to the service.
