James "Bart" Mckinney

James ‘Bart’ McKinney, 64, of Cleveland, TN passed on to his heavenly home in the early morning hours of Saturday, May 20, 2023. He is preceded in death by his parents Lee and Dorothy McKinney, brothers-in-law Eddie McAmis and Claude Crye, and his special niece and nephew, Teresa Gates and Brian McAmis. He is survived by his loving wife Wynonia McKinney, his daughters Leann (Zach) Owens, and Hailey (Kenny) Hodgson, his son Ryan McKinney, stepchildren Patrick McKinney and Amber (Blake) Stinnett, his granddaughters Kelsi, Amaris, and Charlize, special sisters Ivonne McAmis and Sherry Crye, and nephew Jason (Kendall) Crye.

Bart enjoyed music and playing bass guitar. He loved Nascar, cruising in his Jeep, spending time with his family, and attending ChristWay Church.

The family will have a public graveside memorial service scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Wednesday 24th, at Lebanon Baptist Cemetery (1411 Old Parksville Rd, Cleveland, TN). Pallbearers include Zach Owens, Kenny Hodgson, Ryan McKinney, Patrick McKinney, Blake Stinnett, John Landolt, and honorary pallbearer Ken Suits.
