Joe Ann Walker Finnell

Joe Ann Walker Finnell, 91, of Harrison passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at an Ooltewah healthcare facility.  She was a member of Red Hill United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lee and Viola Fox Walker; husband, Herman Louis Finnell; and sister, Dorothy McKay.

Survivors include her son, Randolph Finnell and wife, Kelley of Ringgold, GA; grandchildren, Jason Finnell and wife, Natalie of Signal Mountain and Casey Marsh and husband, Chase of Ringgold, GA; great-grandson, Jensen Finnell; sister-in-law, Hazel Finnell of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be conducted at 12:00 p.m. Thursday, June 11, 2020 in the chapel of Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home with the Reverend Carolyn Braddy officiating. Interment will follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. with Jason Finnell, Chase Marsh, Tim McKay, Ray McKay, Shawn McKay and Joel Finnell serving as pallbearers.

Her family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on Thursday prior to the service at the funeral home.

The family requests that memorials be made to the McKamey Animal Center, 4500 N. Access Road, Chattanooga TN  37415.
