Laura Trewhitt

Laura Trewhitt, 86, a lifelong resident of Cleveland passed away Sunday, November 8, 2020 in a local hospital. Laura was a member of Cedar Springs Baptist Church and a member of the Roaring 50’s singing group. She dearly loved her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert T. and Nannie Elliott; sister, Helen Davis; and brothers, Robert L. Elliott and James Elliott.

Survivors include her son, Sam Trewhitt (Maryann); daughter, Cathy Randolph (Jim); grandchildren, Christopher Randolph (Beverly) of Soddy Daisy, Daniel Randolph (Niki) of Cleveland, and Adam Trewhitt of Cleveland; brothers, Sam Elliott and Paul Elliott; and several nieces and nephews.

A private funeral service will be held Friday, November 13, 2020 at Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home with Christopher Randolph officiating. Interment will follow in Cedar Springs Church Cemetery with Christopher Randolph, Daniel Randolph, Adam Trewhitt, Mark Stephenson, Steve Elliott, and Jeremy Davis serving as pallbearers.

Her family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday, November 12, 2020 at the funeral home.
