Laurie Harmon, 61, of Cleveland passed away Sunday, August 8, 2021 in Chattanooga. She enjoyed swimming and being in the pool and bowling with her family. Laurie loved baking Christmas cookies with her grandchildren. She was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed going to the races and watching them on television. Most of all Laurie loved being with her children and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by mother, Karen Werry Davis; grandmother, Pauline Werry; grandparents, John and Ollie Britz; aunt, Judith Melvin; and uncle, Jack Werry.
Survivors include her husband, Dennis Harmon of Cleveland; daughter, Amy Sharp of Cleveland; son and daughter-in-law, Ryan and “Bri” Terry of Cleveland; son, Jamie Harmon of Secor, Illinois; sister, Patricia Baker of Canton, Illinois; brothers, John Baker of Murfreesboro and Rick Baker of Florida; grandchildren, Kelsey Renfrow, Brendan Renfrow, Ethan Refrow, Paige Renfrow, Quinn Sharp, Lily Terry, Gavin Terry, MaKayla Terry, Alden Harmon and Addison Harmon; and nephews, Steven Oaks Jr. of Canton, Illinois, and Matt Bell of Bloomington, Illinois.
The funeral will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 in the chapel of Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home with the Reverend Joe Brooks officiating.
Her family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home prior to the service.
